We eat for lots reasons, some good and some not so good. Did you know no matter how much properly prepared, whole, organic food you eat you will not be able to absorb all of those wonderful nutrients if your digestive system is not functioning adequately.
A problem common to many, many people is low stomach acid. Without enough stomach acid, proper digestion cannot take place. The result of this low stomach is oftentimes acid reflux and acid reflux does not feel good. I know all the commercials on televisions recommend acid reducers, but really you need more stomach acid not less. This is easily accomplished. you can take HCl tablets or you can try dissolving 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of filtered water 20 minutes before meals.
